Who this page covers. This is the support channel for PorchTunes, operated by Martin Services. It applies only to PorchTunes and does not provide support for another product, company, or organization.

Purchase and credit help

Include the email address on your PorchTunes account, your purchase ID from Account > Purchase history, the approximate date, and what you expected compared with what happened. Do not email a card number, security code, password, MFA code, access token, or license key. Martin Services does not need that information to investigate a PorchTunes purchase.

Privacy, safety, and copyright requests

Use the same email address and identify the request in the subject as “PorchTunes Privacy,” “PorchTunes Safety,” or “PorchTunes Copyright.” Include enough information to identify the account or content and explain the concern, but do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Martin Services may ask for reasonable identity or rights verification before changing account data or removing content.

Urgent safety issues

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. PorchTunes support is not an emergency service. Reports involving child sexual exploitation, credible threats, fraud, unlawful violence, or other serious harm may be preserved and reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

Account and Library control

Only the account owner or an authorized PorchTunes administrator acting for a legitimate support, safety, legal, or account request may delete a customer's songs, lyrics, or cover art. Support may require verification before acting and keeps appropriate records of administrative actions.
